After more than a decade of civil wars leading to more than 250,000 deaths and one million refugees, a group of courageous women rose up to force peace on their shattered Liberia and propel to victory the first female head of state on the African continent.

This powerful documentary directed by Gini Reticker and produced by Abigail Disney features a score by Blake Leyh, with vocal performances by Angelique Kidjo. Kidjo and Leyh co-wrote the song DJOYIGBE which plays over the film's end credits. The song also features Yacouba Sissoko playing the Kora, a traditional Malian 22-string harp.

"Pray the Devil Back to Hell eloquently captures the power each of us innately has within our souls to make this world a far better, safer, more peaceful place," -- Desmond Tutu
